Genie Juicery Hong Kong supports Breast Cancer – October 2014
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month here in Hong Kong, and Genie Juicery is showing its support. From 13th October – 24th October, Genie Juicery is shaking up its look and adorning their eco-friendly bottles with bright pink lids to symbolise the occasion. The juicing powerhouse will be donating $1HKD from every pink-lidded bottle sold in store, and donating to this worthy cause. Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in Hong Kong with an average of 9 women being diagnosed everyday, so get in store, grab a juice and show your support.
Prevention
According to the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation, breast cancer has become the most common cancer affecting women in Hong Kong. Around 9 women are diagnosed with breast cancer everyday. The most effective way to improve prevention, protection and treatment of breast cancer is through ongoing research. A continued and concerted research effort is vital for improving the quality of life for those living with breast cancer, as well as moving towards breast cancer prevention and cure.
