Used bottles, bags, and ice packs can be returned to us for recycling. For cleanses of 3 days or more, there will be deliveries every two days starting from the initial delivery. To recycle the bottles, please inform us through WhatsApp at +852 94539323 or email us at sales@geniejuicery.com, and we will arrange a pick-up during the next delivery. Simply hand them over to our courier for collection. If there are no more deliveries scheduled, feel free to repurpose the items or drop them off at our office in Kennedy Town.

We want our service to be as convenient as can be for you. It would be great if someone is at home during the delivery timeslot. Please notify us if we can leave the product at the concierge or reception. We can leave it anywhere you think is safe - which could be as simple as leaving it by your front door. Genie Juicery is not responsible for any loss or damage to your unattended bag.

Ensuring the freshness of our juice is our top priority. By default, we offer split deliveries every second day to maintain optimal freshness. If you prefer to receive all the juice at once, please inform us. However, please note that our juice is best consumed within 3 days.

Delivery charges are as follows:

HK Island is free of charge.

Kowloon area - $50 - $150

In New Territories, a charge will start from $200 per delivery. Please WhatsApp or email to get a price quote.

Any changes should be applied 48 hours before the designed delivery time.

We kindly request you to make your order 48 hours before the desired delivery time. When making your order, please select your preferred delivery timeslot between 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Please note we do not have deliveries on Sunday.

Yes, it is okay to exercise during a cleanse. However, the intensity and duration of your exercise should be adjusted and fit your energy. Try gentle exercises such as stretching and yoga to relax your body and mind. It's important to listen to your body first!

Stop for a moment and check in with yourself. Are you hungry? If you’re craving the chewing sensation, try to distract yourself! Occupy yourself as much as possible - drink water, start a new book, take a long walk – it should help.

It's best to avoid coffee and tea, especially those with caffeine. The goal of a juice cleanse is to give your digestive system a break and nourish your body with nutrients from fruits and vegetables. Coffee and tea, especially the caffeinated kinds, can stimulate your body and potentially affect the detoxification process.

If avoiding coffee or tea is challenging for you during the cleanse, you might consider trying herbal teas or decaffeinated options instead.

Worried about caffeine withdrawals during the cleanse? Coffee lovers can have some small amounts of black coffee. Don’t forget to drink some extra water, as caffeine may easily dehydrate your body.

Although food is not allowed during the cleanse, an exception is made if you feel that juice cleanse is too challenging for you right now. You may have some raw nuts or some vegetables once a day.

Simply follow the numbers that we put on each juice. We order our juices for the best benefits for you. The order of the cleanse is set to help you function easily throughout the day. Drink each bottle at 2–3-hour intervals or when you start feeling hungry, it is up to you. You can also drink as much water as you like throughout the day.

You might be experiencing unpleasant detox symptoms. These side effects can include decreased energy, potential mood swings, aches, and more. It's important to remember that these symptoms are a result of your body's efforts to eliminate toxins. Additionally, consuming a significant number of fruits and vegetables six times a day may be a new challenge for your body. If you start feeling any of these symptoms, there's no need to panic. The severity of these symptoms depends on the level of toxins in your body.

However, it's crucial to recognize that everyone's body reacts differently, and you may or may not experience these symptoms during your cleanse. Prioritizing adequate sleep can be beneficial. If you struggle with insomnia or falling asleep, incorporating yoga and meditation into your routine can also be helpful. And don't forget to stay hydrated! Drinking up to eight cups of water per day will accelerate the detoxification process, helping you feel amazing in no time.

Listen to your body! If your body is not responding well to the cleanse, add some food to balance it and make it less challenging.

Our juices are 100% raw, natural and living! They will go bad if not refrigerated immediately. Upon receiving the delivery, please take them out of the cooler bag, and store them in the fridge!

Please be advised that it should be kept cold in a cooler, or a fridge at 0-4° C, until you are ready to drink them. It should not sit out for longer than 3 hours, or 1/2 hour if the outdoor temperature is above 30° C. If it does- discard it.
